  • Questions you ask the AVOY Veteran Navigator AI and any Founder’s Strategy Review you submit.

The AVOY Veteran Navigator AI

When you use the Navigator or submit a Founder’s Strategy Review, the questions you type are sent to our AI provider to generate an educational response, and may be compared against current public information on VA.gov. Please do not enter highly sensitive information (such as your full Social Security number) into the chat. Conversations may be retained to operate, secure, and improve the service. The Navigator provides educational information only and is not a substitute for advice from a VA-accredited representative or a licensed professional.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — such as Shopify (store and checkout), our payment processor, Appstle (membership billing), Cloudflare (security and performance), our AI provider (to generate Navigator responses), and our email provider — each under their own privacy terms.

Your choices
