Digital products (eBooks, checklists, guides)
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of eBooks and digital downloads are final once the file has been accessed — except where required by law, or if a file is defective or inaccessible, in which case we will fix it or provide a refund.
Print editions (paperback & hardcover)
Print editions of AVOY books are sold and fulfilled through Amazon and are subject to Amazon’s return policy. If you purchased a printed book directly from us and it arrived damaged or defective, contact us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
Memberships
You can cancel your membership at any time. How to cancel: log in to your account and open the subscription/membership management area, or email us at vet@avoyhq.com and we’ll cancel it within one business day. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the current paid period. We don’t charge cancellation fees and don’t prorate partial periods unless required by law. Founding and Lifetime purchases are one-time and do not auto-renew.
