How AVOY Works — Member Guide

The Navigator AI

Ask it anything about VA benefits in plain English and it answers in plain language — pulling from the 16 member books and current facts (rates, forms, deadlines) live from VA.gov, and citing the source. Free members get a generous daily question limit for fair use; Plus and above get unlimited questions, saved conversations, and a downloadable roadmap PDF.

The Multi-Claim Strategy Workspace (Pro & Founding)

A guided tool that helps you organize all of your conditions into one sequenced plan — primary and secondary conditions, the evidence each one needs, a combined-rating estimate, and a printable filing plan. It's how you stop filing one claim at a time.

The 16-Book Library (Pro & Founding)

Read the entire VA Benefits Mastery Library online from your member portal. Founding members can also download the full library to keep.

The Founder's Strategy Review (Founding only)

This is your direct line to the founder. You submit your situation, and A. Perkins — a veteran who went from 30% to 100% — personally reviews your strategy and sends back an educational read on your next moves.

How it works — the important details:

You get 3 Strategy Reviews each month. Your allotment resets at the start of every month — unused reviews don't roll over.
Turnaround is usually 48–72 hours. Because a real person reviews every one, it isn't instant — that's the point.
You'll be notified two ways: by email (from vet@avoyhq.com) and in your member portal under “My Reviews,” marked with a green ANSWERED tag.
Make it count: the more specific you are — your conditions, your current rating, what the Navigator told you, where you're stuck — the sharper your review.
What it is: educational strategy validation. What it isn't: filing your claim or representing you. For that, a VA-accredited VSO (often free), claims agent, or attorney can help.

Ask the Founder — Live AMA (Pro & Founding)

A monthly group session (plus replays) where the founder answers member questions live. Find the next session and past replays on the Ask the Founder page.

Billing, renewals & cancellation

Monthly plans bill monthly; Founding is billed yearly (or once for lifetime). You can manage or cancel anytime from your member portal — your access continues through the end of the period you've paid for. See the refund policy for details.
