Help & Support

Need a hand? This page covers the most common questions about your account, membership, and using the AVOY Veteran Navigator AI™ platform. Browse a topic below, or contact us and a real person will help.

Getting Started

What is AVOY Veteran Navigator AI?

It is an educational platform that helps veterans and their families understand VA benefits — disability claims, ratings, appeals, and survivor benefits — in plain language. It is built on the 16-book AVOY VA Benefits Mastery Library and current public VA information.

Is it free?

The Navigator AI is free to use. Membership tiers unlock more — the full library, the Multi-Claim Strategy Workspace, and (on Founding) the Founder’s Strategy Review. See the membership page.

Do you file my claim for me?

No. AVOY is educational only — not legal, medical, or claim representation. For filing or representation, a VA-accredited VSO (often free), claims agent, or attorney can help.

Account & Login

How do I create an account or sign in?

Use the account/login link in the top menu. You can sign in with your email; you may receive a one-time verification code by email to confirm it is you.

I didn’t get my login or verification email.

Check your spam/junk folder first, and add vet@avoyhq.com to your contacts so our emails reach your inbox. Give it a couple of minutes, then request the code again. Still nothing? Contact us.

I’m a member but can’t see member content.

Make sure you are signed in with the same email you used to join. Log out and back in, then open the Member Portal. If access still does not appear within a few minutes of joining, contact us and we will check your membership status.

Membership & Billing

What do the plans include?

Free (Navigator AI), Plus, Pro (adds the Ask-the-Founder AMA), and Founding (adds the Founder’s Strategy Review). Full details and current pricing are on the membership page.

How do I upgrade or change my plan?

Open the Member Portal and choose your plan, or pick a higher tier on the membership page.

How do I cancel?

You can manage or cancel your membership from your account’s membership settings in the Member Portal. Your access continues through the end of the period you have paid for. See the refund policy for details.

I was charged but don’t have access.

Access usually activates within a few minutes. If it has not, sign out and back in. If it still does not show, contact us with the email you used and we will sort it out quickly.

How do I ask a question?

Open Ask AVOY Navigator AI (or tap the “Ask the Navigator” button) and type your question in plain English — for example, your conditions or what your decision letter said.

Why did it say it’s busy, or not answer?

To keep the service reliable, there are limits on rapid-fire questions. If you see a “getting a lot of questions” message, wait a moment and ask again. For anything time-sensitive, VA.gov has current rates and forms.

Is the information accurate and current?

For figures that change — rates, forms, deadlines — the Navigator checks VA.gov and cites the source. It is educational guidance, not legal or medical advice, and not affiliated with the VA.

Members Library (Reading the Books)

How do I read the 16 books online?

Sign in, open the Member Portal, and go to the Members Library. Members can read the full library right in the browser.

A book won’t open or load.

Refresh the page, make sure you are signed in as a member, and try a different browser if needed. If a specific book still will not load, tell us which one.

Founder’s Strategy Review

How do I submit a review, and where is my answer?

Founding members submit on the Founder’s Strategy Review page. When A. Perkins answers, you will get an email from vet@avoyhq.com and the answer appears under “My Reviews” in your Member Portal, usually within 48–72 hours.

Technical Troubleshooting

A page looks broken or won’t load.

Do a hard refresh, clear your browser cache, and make sure your browser is up to date. AVOY works best on the latest Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.

I’m not getting emails from AVOY.

Check spam/junk and add vet@avoyhq.com to your contacts or safe-sender list. If a confirmation or answer email still does not arrive, contact us.

Something still isn’t working.

Tell us what you were doing, what device and browser you used, and what you saw. The more detail, the faster we can help.

Still need help?

A real person reads every message. We are here to help you, not rush you.
